AzadSIM is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we provide refunds for eSIM purchases.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
- • Within 48 hours of purchase and before using your eSIM plan
- • If your eSIM cannot be activated due to device incompatibility
- • If you experience service quality issues documented within 24 hours
- • Due to billing errors or duplicate charges
3. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following purchases are non-refundable:
- • Plans that have been used or activated
- • Plans where data has been consumed
- • Purchases made more than 48 hours before request
- • Plans expired beyond the refund window
- • Purchases made through promotional or discount codes (unless stated otherwise)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- 1. Contact our support team at support@azadsim.com
- 2. Provide your order number and reason for refund request
- 3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
- 4. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
5. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that some financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
6. Partial Refunds
If you have partially used your eSIM plan, we may offer a pro-rated refund based on:
- • Data consumed vs. data purchased
- • Days used vs. total validity period
- • A minimum administrative fee may apply
7. Device Incompatibility
If your device is not compatible with eSIM, we will provide a full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase. Check our compatibility guide at azadsim.com/compatible-devices before purchasing.
8. Exceptions
AzadSIM reserves the right to refuse refunds for:
- • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- • Abuse of the refund policy
- • Violation of our Terms of Service
